I partner with senior people in leadership, over an extended period of time, who wish to attend to the differences worth making with their teams and organisations, and for their communities.  

Together we come to more deeply understand and take wiser action with patterns of ebb and flow  - both for individuals, teams and organisations / systems. 

Transformation begins as deeply human work.  This serves as a grounding foundation for teams to thrive and organisations to prosper in the broadest possible sense.    

Sometimes it’s helpful to see yourself as others see you (some kind of 360 degree process) and sometimes it’s handy to dig more deeply into some aspect of your own leadership or development.  I’m not a big fan of profiling yet there are a few tools which are really worth the investment.  I tend to favour a mindful adult development approach and aligned with that I sometimes coach with the added benefit of either The Leadership Circle 360, and or the Global Leadership Profile

I find these help to identify the ways in which leaders are either played by their context triggered into a smaller more reactive pattern, or learn to attend more to the nuances, see context and inquire through more conscious filters and hence take action using increasingly creative capacities.  This method of curious inquiry plus action “experiments” has the greatest chance to enable organisational transformation.   

What it takes

  • We decide together what we do, to what end and why.

  • We do some assessment of leadership, personal strengths and areas of challenge if this is relevant. This may involve talking with your wider team, just with you, or doing some online profiling.

  • We make a joint commitment to a 6-12 month partnership that we design together with some reviews worked into it.

  • We engage in conversations and processes that allow for deep personal, organisational or community growth and long term change.

  • You have an experienced sounding board and confidant who is prepared to challenge and support you.
