Transformation support: funding announced

Changing tack, especially shifting mindsets, is not intuitive – but accessing help may be closer than you think.

  • Do you recognise the need to re-shape your way ahead in the current context?

  • Would you prefer for new initiatives to come from within your team rather than be “contracted out”?

  • Could you benefit from accessing vastly different perspectives and brave feedback along the pathway to your own and your organisation’s transformation?

  • Are you brave enough to attend to the future while simultaneously attending to the present?

Whether your business has been significantly impacted by COVID-19 or not,  these times invite us all to reinvent ourselves.  What used to serve us well no longer does, and no longer will – ever. That reinvention may be a fresh new perspective on an issue in your organisation or a complete re-vamp of your business.  Maybe it’s a new level of attention to leadership in the service of transforming.  Maybe it’s a cultural shift that’s invited.

Mindful Adventures is thrilled to announce that we are a registered provider of capability building services with the NZ Regional Business Partners Network.   This means that you may be able to access up to $5000 worth of expert services through the Regional Business Partners Vouchers funding scheme, to support your organisation and its leadership development with us at Mindful Adventures, and our partners Amara Collaboration (when the service is within NZ).

Our services include one to one executive coaching, small group and team facilitation, and services for organisational transformation.  Our coaching services and our 14 week cross-organisation innovation program (the Power of Three) are currently listed for funding vouchers.  There will be more to come.

If you answered YES for the starting questions to this article then The Power of Three could be for you and your organisation.  Our intention is not only that you work towards creative resolutions to a key issue, but that your organisation, through your three participants, comes to experience new ways to attend more deeply, listen more closely, inquire more boldly, and act more wisely.

I was looking at trying to make some fundamental change within the business …..

We unlocked some pretty deep stuff and then it started to become apparent what had happened as you watch this thing unfold. People in your team who you wouldn’t really think as visionaries or strategic thinkers have popped out of the woodwork and gone into a program and are producing some really interesting ideas. And they want to be part of driving them too!
— Mark  Hamilton – Managing Director Alexander Construction NZ

The time to inquire and to register is now.  The next round begins early June online.  Call me (Lisa) to chat about this +64 21 313 323, or contact Heidi if based in Europe.

To see whether your business may be eligible for support under the Voucher Fund Scheme for these services, go to Regional Business Partner Network.

Eligible business owners in NZ can access up to $5000 excl. GST per business from the fund, and it can be used with a range of registered Service Providers depending on your business needs. Each  service is listed in certain categories only.  If The Power of Three or Executive Leadership Coaching is of interest to you, it may be best to speak with me first, then to the fund advisors, to make sure the match is clear first time round.  Once you register your own business, a RBP Growth Advisor will contact you to discuss your business, assess priority needs and provide access to funding for use with registered service providers. From there, we can plan the details of our work together.
